    Pretty much exactly my thinking. A good win and a better performance but still far from flawless imo. It reminded me of a MON style of performance, not pretty but effective. I am sure GH's long term strategy will see us improve in every aspect.

    Had he gone to Man City would they be saying the same thing? Dammed if we do, dammed if we don't. End of the day, we've signed a PROVEN Premiership goalscorer. Absolutely brilliant and I couldn't give a flying feck what the media think about it. Jas, I totally agree with you. I can see the national media trying to heap more pressure on us and Darren with these silly unimaginative notions of panic. The media is a battle in it self in the Premiership; we need to be ready for these questions.

    I'm pleased with the ambition shown by the owner, and I hope it continues long in to the future. I have already glanced at a couple of media outlets about the deal, many stating that it is a sign of desperation and panic by Randy.

    I agree, at one time they were, but they have changed a lot since the takeover of their club.

    I'm sorry Citizen; I believe the vast majority of City fans have evolved since the takeover and have become incredibly arrogant towards financially weaker clubs, such as ourselves. I had the largest amount of respect for your club in your dark days a few years back; I personally admired your spirit to climb the leagues and regain your place back in the top tier. I always believed you to be a big club, and had the potential to compete at the top without the mega riches. You don't just want one trophy, do you? City fans crave continued success like United fans, and will eventually behave like them in the future.

    I don't believe GH would send us out to deliberately lose a game; I do believe Ged thinks he is bigger than this club and isn't that upset when we lose.

Other than small heath, I hate this club right now more than any other club I've ever hated at any time in my life. I don't care who wins the title this year or any other, absolutely any other team apart from these undeserving wankstains deserve to win our football league. I agree with that.
