  1. Horrible isn’t it. When we took possession of our current car it was banged into by somebody within two days! We do try and park by newer cars now but no guarantee.
  2. Will be a shame if he goes and think he’s quite underrated by some on here. However, he’s certainly not irreplaceable, so be interesting to see what the club do next.
  3. Would be a very decent pick up. Bayern still have Omar Richards (ex Reading left back) as well.
  4. and Wolves. We need to become the best of the rest next season and aim for 7th spot.
  5. I can see us getting Fulham or Bournemouth away first game.
  6. which is what I said originally and you agree. I’ll leave it there.
  7. As I say, he’s got credit in the bank for doing well in our previous two major tournaments. You may not agree, but it’s fact. He’ll take us to our next tournament in December whether you like it or not. Again, I don’t personally like him or want him as our manager but he’s not going anywhere at present.
  8. World Cup Semi Final, followed by a Euro Final last year. Regardless of what we think of him, his results have been decent.
  9. Horrible performance and horrible result. Gareth has enough credit in the bank at present so that the people above don’t need discuss his successor yet. However, I do think he’ll need a decent World Cup showing because if we have an early exit, then a decision needs to be made. I don’t personally like him but he has done a lot of good and his results by and large during his tenure have been very good. Let’s see what happens from September onwards.
  10. I suppose his place in the World Cup squad is already guaranteed and that’s why he’s with them right now. There’s probably only four or five places up for grabs and that’s why he’s looking at Bowen this evening. Personally, I’d have Foden on the pitch.
  11. Don’t think Foden has played any minutes at all, so perhaps not fit? I guess he needed to take a look at Bowen after the season he’s had but he doesn’t look good enough for a World Cup squad.
  12. I wouldn’t disagree, as I would rather see Foden and/or Grealish on the pitch ahead of him. Even Saka on the right if need be and Grealish left.
  13. It’s not been a great start for Bowen has it? He’s had an amazing season but nothing going right so far.
  14. You may think a lot of our fans and fans of other clubs are “clueless” when it comes to judging midfielders but that doesn’t mean that your right. It’s your opinion and that’s fine but perhaps don’t be so patronising of others.
  15. Total, total nonsense post. His performance was below par for the standards that he has set already. Absolutely plain to see. I also didn’t say that he had a bad game nor was I criticising him. He looked tired! I think quite a few of us can have an opinion that is valid without it being constantly questioned or at times posters attempting to ridicule. Your final paragraph isn’t worth answering. I’ll leave it there.
  16. It was clearly evident last night that Ramsey was tired and he did nothing of note whilst on the pitch. It’s not about who was better or who stood out more, his performance alone was below par. He’s just had a brilliant season but clearly needs to recharge his batteries for a couple of weeks before preseason.
  17. I actually thought Ramsey looked really tired last night before he came off. Wasn’t closing the opposition down or making any trademark runs in advance of our forward. Probably fatigue after a long season. A good couple of weeks rest now will do him the world of good. I also don’t agree that he should be part of the senior England squad right now. Maybe next season if his form continues to grow but we’ll see.
