    The NSWE Board

We’re well and truly awake now and ready to take on anything put in front of us. Can’t thank these guys enough.
  2. Apparently, footage in Buenos Aires on hearing the news that he’s signing for us:

    Ian Taylor

Very good player for us and top fella for those fortunate enough to have met him. Happy Birthday Tayls
  4. So if Kane is targeted in our opening game and receives a bang on his dodgy ankle, we’ll have Calvert-Lewin as our only lone striker option for the rest of the tournament? It’s either a very risky/brave decision by Southgate or an incredibly naive/stupid one. Should we not reach the semi-finals minimum I think he could be out. I’m bias obviously but Ollie deserves a place here.
  5. Could be Man E-Faces? I’m still scarred by the fact that I stupidly sold many to a mate for a few quid when I was still young! Never thought about anything being collectible back then.
  6. Could start something here but how do you eat yours? Cornish or Devon way? Personally, I like some real butter on mine, then the clotted cream and finally the jam.
  7. Anyone remember The Tripods? BBC series in the 80’s and quite groundbreaking at the time. Think it was on Saturdays after Grandstand.
  8. Star Wars tazos, how great were they? They were amazing. Edit - Can feel a trip up the loft coming on! Hidden treasures a plenty.
  9. For somewhere else to discuss possibly but growing up watching kids TV and advertising has made me remember toys in cereal. You couldn’t beat the excitement of a new box of cereal with a hidden toy. Always hiding at the bottom of the box though and remember tipping out the cereal all over the kitchen table.
  10. All the best this afternoon Conor! Hope you have a stormer and earn yourself a good move.
  11. Born in 1975 it was 80s TV in the main for me. Some stand out were: Knightmare, Jossy’s Giants, Byker Grove, Grange Hill, The Box of Delights, The Machine Gunners, Dungeons & Dragons, Battle of the Plants, The Mysterious Cities of Gold, He-Man, Dogtanian, Terrahawks, Transformers. Saturday afternoon delight was ‘Robin of Sherwood’.
  12. Pride of the West Midlands. Thank you Dean.
