I don't know if it is luck or judgement, but Bruce is winning games one way or another. I would love free-flowing football, but if we play poorly and scrape wins, I will take that. Anything to get out of this league.

I would prefer a few more in the `effective' Kodjia/Adomah mould than the Ayew mould.

I thought we were actually the better side untill they scored very much against the run of play. Bruce has done this several times now - throwing on all the attackers, something we have criticised other managers for doing. It has worked a couple of times, but not this time. The subs should have come on earlier, and should have been the personnel to retain a structure and exercise a degree of control, rather than lumping the ball forward and then frantically chasing it. We lost all shape at that stage. A couple of points: Why take off Adomah, our best player in my opinion. Gestede should not start. Our midfield is ineffective. Hutton is a grafter, but not good enough.

Well, I'll agree with TRO. I love Amavi, but Sako definitely got the better of him most of the game.

I am still finding it difficult to be confident about getting results anywhere, but each succeeding game tells us more about our team's capabilities. This will be a tough test. To get anything will be good.

Lerner is certainly culpable, but Ellis shoulders a massive amount of the blame for where we find ourselves at the moment. Let's not just give him a free pass and heap all the blame on Lerner's shoulders.

Why do people talk about selling players when one cannot get a game because another player is chosen for that position? We need a squad - not just 1 player for each position.

I think he got quite a lot of money at Sunderland, and perhaps did not always spend it wisely. But that could be a learning experience for him, and Round will have a big input into transfers.

I think we are under the radar. We were towards the end of the Channel 5 program.

Oh, come on. No one thinks``this is my level''. We all think we can do better. Why would Bruce be any different.
