    I actually think Green, although he may not be as talented, is much more effective. Grealish really needs to examine the way he plays and develop that talent.

    Xia is spending big to bring in the best players. If he wants to get to where he aspires to be he will have to spend big on a manager.

    Doesn't he look so young! Shame he missed a heaven sent opportunity during ACON, but no doubt he chance will come.

    I wonder how he will do under a different manager. That will be very interesting. He looked bloody good in his first few games.

    If we do not get up next season, we could stagnate in the Championship for years. Depressing thought.

    Ryan Woods. He was very good. But I must admit, I was sitting there thinking - for God's sake someone take him out (gently and legitimately) or at least barge him over a few times to take him out of his stride. He should not have been allowed the time and space he was. Stick a man on him and you have an entirely different game.

    This is the Championship, and this team, in my opinion, should be doing much better. I see no improvement in them, and I would have certainly expected some improvement at least. I was not terribly keen on his appointment, but I knew he was brought as a promotion-winning specialist, and on that basis I could see the logic of his appointment. But he was brought in to do one thing, and clearly is failing in that respect. He will be given more time, but in that time we may be stagnating in the Championship.

    Don't think it's a good deal under any circumstances. And I don't think we need to sell to buy so the £5m is irrelevant.

    There has never been any indication that he does not want to be here that I have seen?

    Benteke looking after Benteke shocker. We are plan B or C, or maybe lower just in case, just as we were when he joined us. I would have him back in a heartbeat, but I don't have to like him.

    I disagree, Bobsy. We should be giving it everything every time. Life has too many variables to just mark time.

    And that is why we should keep him. He has those moments as well as busting a gut in every game. One of our most talented players, admittedly frustrating at times.

    I think quite a lot will still need to be done when promoted, and I suspect Xia will think the same.

    The players we have brought in, I think we should be pushing for a play off spot this year.

    Well, he will have his own players in so I will be expecting more cohesive performances from the team before I will be convinced.
