Do they only need a point? If so, then im going to clutch the end of a very long straw, in Fergie seems to have a soft spot for us since he has said many compimentary things about us in the past, and he is also a glaswegian like Lambert. I know they will want to win the game, but they must feel the hard work is done, so they may be a little more relaxed. Start praying They need 3 in order to wrap it up. Then me straw clutching is pointless. Ah well, lets hope its not a hammering and we give a good account of ouselves. All we can ask.

Plenty more twists to come yet. Forget about monday, its about Sunderland. I just dont see them winning three on the bounce and Benteke will cause them problems. Win that, and we are on track. Just dont press the panic button yet guys, still a long way to go. Finish above Wigan, and we survive.

I can assure all that if Lambert s pushed or his position made unworkable and he walks out. So will Weimann and Benteke. We have to give him more time.

Wont be until next term now. But with a full pre-season behind him, added to the experience gained before injury, then we may well be watching Gary Gardner fulfilling all that potential next season

I think everyone including Lambert, are still struggling to find what position actually suits him best. Is he a wide player, attacking or holding midfielder? Fair play to Lambert in actually putting him on, since he was in his right to leave him out after the players cry to the media. "Dont tell me, show me!" And he failed Personally, i see him as someone whom would be best playing behind a front two. But hes not going to get past our current attacking quartet at the moment.

We will be fine Im far from happy about the situation, but im positive we will scramble over the line. ( Avoiding humiliation at manure included!)

Its your opinion so fair play. But there are many other problems at our club than the manager. Our problems started well before Lambert.

We will continue to pick up one or two from the lower divisions. However, i think we will still be looking at the foriegn market alongside that. Dont see anything wrong with that either.

If he ain't playing how can he get picked for Ireland. I dunno it's just a theory, perhaps it's just a case of injuries. Im sure he had a relapse with his injury, which was the reason for being left out the Ireland squad. I also remember him being close to coming back. so i guess the two suggest he is still not fully fit. The older you are, the longer some of these things take.

He wanted to do that in January by bringing in more experience and he was denied the funding to do it. Can not see Lambert thinking otherwise in the summer, as for Lerner and the gimp, well im nor so sure. If we stay up, then they might think their policy was a success, then i foresee a BIG problem coming between them and thier manager. Lambert will not want to be fighting relegation next term.

I refuse to write him off. Injury then struggling to regain the standard he was at before it, has killed his confidence. Just needs a good pre-season, lots of hgs and encouragement from the manager, and OUR support.

How many chances does he need? Personally, im sick of hearing about him. Lets just see his past as the yardstick it is, and wish him well at somewhere else
