i think the main thing here is that wages are coming down, but our revenue is falling faster than wages. Hes even tried Herd and Lowton in there, but was that a great success? I've never seen any quotes along that line, in fact I thought Lambert had said when he joined that Clark was a cb... Why would he need 4 cb's? If he saw Clark as a midfielder he could quite easily have played him in midfield and played Vlaar alongside Baker, and just moved Clark back should an injury have occurred.. Herd has only played there when we were playing a back 3, and Lowton when injuries/suspensions have happened.. Either way I'm not sure how that shows that Lambert wanted Clark at cm. Just because you have not seen those quotes, it must be untrue. OK, fair enough..........
