Some lose the scoring touch, others don't. Makes sense to keep with something while it does its job.

No, he wasn't. Delaney has also been overly romanticised, despite being a very average player. Not good going forward/technically and a rash tackler.

Selling Baker would be stupid. I do however think that Sherwood knows nothing about defending, which is a worry.

In light of this injury news, I wouldn't go for him. We've got a bit of a warchest now, which gives us a lot of options.

With the way the euro is and the level of the French league, that's where the value seems to be. No problem from me. Ntep would be good - anyone who can play as a tricky fast winger and isn't a complete N'Mongbia would be good.

I'm 95% sure it should be more like a shortened version of "Gway-yeah" but nobody believes me (possibly because I have, on occasion, been known to spread misinformation due to being wrong ) I was wrong once too.....but then it emerged I was right all along. No you weren't.

Interesting that Bouma has now been elevated 'class act' status. He certainly wasn't thought of THAT highly when he played for us - not a bad player by any stretch but not a 'class act'. Amavi, IMO, will be a lot better.

I think signing Cambiasso would be great for him. Learning from Cole and Cambiasso could do wonders for his development.

Westwood, obviously. Does the same job but to a much, much higher standard. Cambiasso doesn't have the legs he used to, obviously, but Westwood isn't particularly athletic either - probably a little faster than Cambiasso, but the latter's ability to read the game, win the ball, pass etc. is far better.
