Watched episode 1 of 'Alcatraz'. Will watch episode 2, but I hope it improves a bit. Watched the first 2 episodes of 'Borgen'. The Danish political drama. It is a lot more interesting than it sounds.

Four series have aired already. Fifth is starting in the States on March 25th. (PS. You probably will)

Saw 'The Artist' earlier. Loved it.

Just out of 'Shame'. Wow, it was some experience. Uncompromising and enthralling. Won't be every one's cup of tea, but it's one of those that gets inside your head, and I expect it to be in mine for a while yet.

Saw 'The Rum Diary'. Never really got going, story is weak. 6/10 (and that's probably generous).

Louis Theroux's encounter with him is well worth a look.

Is there not some obscure rule that says "a penalty in a shoot-out is over (null & void) once the ball stops moving forward"?
