  1. just hope he goes to someone who are on tv a lot because I will genuinely miss watching the guy play football
  2. You know what. I've come to terms with it surprisingly well. For the past few weeks I thought that yesterday's game was the be all and end all but then i got up this morning, the sun was shining, the earth was still turning and everything's okay. Villa still exist. They are rubbish disappointments but they exist. Onwards and upwards. The championship is a goddamn fun league and another season will make promotion all the sweeter.
  3. it really is fab. Completely unconventional and and unpredictable as a comedy show but really clever. His missus (who is in deadpool 2) is particularly lovely as well. In fact everything "Dong Lover" touches seems to turn to gold. No coincidence there
  4. It decapitated a crash test dummy in testing apparently. and from there they instead bribed teenage employees $100 a pop to test it. The park itself was responsible for 6 deaths and supposedly bought extra ambulances for the local hospital to keep up with demand! I learnt all this in the last half hour reading the articles linked to in the above post. Sounded like an insane place
  5. This is rubbish man. I feel sick but cant tell anyone why i feel sick (the POF) cos i'll sound like a moron
  6. hard to judge without knowing Sessegnons age. Havent heard it mentioned...
  7. he looks punctured after the warm up. I always think he is on his last legs and couldnt have another sprint in him but he just gets up and does it again. Its a quality that Gazza had also and I think it lulls opposition into a a false set of security when they see Snoddy bent over and blowing out his **** like a 60 year old athsmatic (sp?). flippin love the guy and I think when the other players see creative attacking guys like him chasing back and crunching into tackles it really sets the tone
  8. Anyone remember the bad pass that he slid for in the first half and flicked on to Adomah WHILE ON HIS ARSE!. Was class
  9. May be naiive but i am less worried about Fulham than I was Middlesborough. By having Hutton velcroed to Traore (who, despite everyones mocking of, I would take back at Villa in a heartbeat), we werent playing our natural game. Playing against 11 normos we will get back to our normal game and play a much more balanced game in the final. Fulham are good, granted, and I do rate Mitrovic but Hutton was essentially nulified going forward against Middlesborough and he will be able to get forward more at Wembley which will take the pressure off the defence and hopefully see us playing more football in the middle of the park where we are strong. I have no doubts that we are getting promoted. Just wish we didnt have to wait so long to confirm it!
  10. Fair play to footballers though. Especially the ones who can stand up and be counted in big games like this. Here i am, hundreds of miles away, with nothing vested in this game other than supporting villa, yet Im shaking like a pooping dog. I dunno how they do it
  11. Everyone kinda mocks him, and granted he has terrible elements to his game, but Adama scares the bejeezes out of me. He is sooooo quick and dynamic, and because he is kinda lazy defensively he will always be quite far up the park so we can't ever really push up on that side. Hopefully it will give a wee bit more room on our left for Jack and Albert to work something though cos that has worked in the past
  12. play it on mobile. its brilliant. most addicted to a game ive been in ages. Free too - saweeet. have heard of some pc and console players who have it but find themselves playing the mobile version instead
  13. it would crush me to see him go to a big club just to sit on the bench, to satisfy their English player quota or whatever. Too fun a player to watch to see him not playing
  14. whoever he eventually goes to, I will be sure to watch more of their games. I genuinely enjoy watching him play that much. in saying that, It may be naive on my part, but I really don't see him leaving for just an average prem club. I reckon it would be either Villa in the Champ or a top 6 prem team for Jack
  15. Of course they go for it, and continue to do so. Imagine if Brucie played the kids, got beat and then Fulham of Cardiff lose - he'd be rightly crucified for failing to take advantage of their slip up. Continue to field best team with best players until we mathematically cannot go up automatically. Only then can he "rest" the oldies
  16. Aw man. wish he'd scored that overhead kich attempt though. would have been from a John Terry header too no less!
  17. With Brucies background this could be interpreted in one of two way. I like both
  18. Tell me about it. Needed him to get a yellow card to win me 80 quid. The big perfectly disciplined nob
  19. i was watching the match last night on a crappy stream of a guy pointing his phone at his laptop, with the sound down. I couldnt make out the faces or the numbers on the back of the shirts but I just know when it was jack on the ball because he plays with a motion and fluidity that very few do. Touch is wonderful and although, as everyone says, he isnt the quickest, he seems to use what pace he has at the right times and in the right way. I know I sound like a teenage girl with a crush but I enjoy watching him play more than 99% of premier league players
  20. yeah I have been watching the show having watched the film a while back. I think the characters and tone actually lend itself better to a sitcom than a full length movie though It is weird how there are some lines and scenes recreated exactly from the movie. All the cast seem to have returned too. really enjoying it
  21. I guess its all about opinions but I think the opposite. I think he is doing about as much as he can given his ability. Which is no insult - I just dont think there much more to him.I do like though and his attitude is top class
