    Clearly something in this link. Not sure how much he’d cost but I really wouldn’t be spending more than 20-25m on a 28yr old with history of a severe injury. He’s clearly a good player and Unai will know him well, but he’ll have no resale value and we already have two expensive, diminutive technical players in Coutinho and Buendia. I can actually see both of those players leaving in the Summer.

    Would love Pulisic here. I’ve always been really impressed with him when watching him play. Maybe I’ve only seen the good games!

    I do disagree but fully understand the argument that Buendia should start over Coutinho and McGinn. I get it. He works hard and he does have the ability to open up the defence with a pass. Either way, I think that’s the spot up for grabs in January. That is where we’ll look to improve either by signing another forward to play just behind Watkins and push Bailey back to a wide slot or we’ll keep Bailey where he is and buy a wide player to play as part of the 4 in midfield.

    He’s growing on me. I think he’s dangerous and with a few additions around him, I think he’ll shine. Probably our best attacking player tbh.

    What’s he better at? Ramsey is faster, stronger, better at dribbling, scores more, better defensively, better at heading, better finisher. Night and day. Ramsey starts ahead of Buendia when fit all day long.

    He’s slow to the point it’s painful. I’ve said it many times before but he doesn’t have a position. Where do you play him? You can’t play him wide because he’s too slow. We don’t really play with a no.10 and if we did, I think it would be someone else playing there. He’s too weak to play deeper and he isn’t big enough or strong enough to play up front. He’s a whole lot of nothing. Works hard, likes a tackle, can play a mean through ball every now and again but that’s it. He can’t cross, his shooting is weak, he’s not quick, he can’t head and he has zero physical strength. I just don’t see what others see. Sorry.

    My prediction is we’ll give away a goal by doing that daft passing around at the back thing. Probably a bad ball by Olsen intercepted or something.
