Yep. This isn’t just based on tonight. I’ve watched him a few times and it’s eery just how similar he is to Grealish. And I f***** loved Jack Grealish so Scott would do me just fine. That Clarke at Sunderland is also very, very similar but Not as good I don’t think.

Alex Scott is basically a younger Jack Grealish. I’d be disappointed if we weren’t interested in him.

Classic Villatalk phenomenon. I've been guilty of it myself. Even though all evidence points to a player not being good enough, the longer they don't play or the further they are away from the first team, the better they become. Traore may get on once or twice towards the end of the season to boost his chances of moving in the Summer. But that will be your lot.

Seeing the clip of him walking up and collecting the trophy along with the speech is surreal. The company he’s keeping and the people he walks past to just collect the trophy is insane. Messi’s smile when he wins it says it all. What a player, what an achievement. The fact he plays for us beggars belief really.

No. Most sources say £160k. Either that or he’s had a payrise since this morning.

This isn't spoke about enough. If Carlos comes back and does well, we're in much better position (obviously), but if he struggles because of the level/injury, then centre back is probably one of the areas we need to improve upon most. Konsa isn't going to cut it for a top half/Europe push.

We probably need to win 3 of the next 4 to have even an outside chance. Personally, 10th would be a fantastic finish given the situation we were in when Emery took charge and the quality of the squad. I think we'll finish 12th.

True. I think Luiz is lacking in some aspects of his play, but he's very comfortable taking the ball off the defenders and that massively helps us a team. Previously, when McGinn and Ramsey were doing it, we were struggling. I actually think Emery may go after a new centre half and central midfielder in the Summer to further reinforce his playing style.
