Research has shown it takes 10000 hours to master a skill or learn something properly... based on that stat i reckon i’ll give DS (and the players) more than 2 or 3 training sessions before expecting any more than we have seen so far. If there is any truth in the JT and TH combo, they get on and feel they can work together and we put a solid structure around them then lets go for it... brave new world at villa. Might all go t*ts up but cant get much worse than how we are at present can it?

More i think about Rogers as manger less I think i want him. His best moment today was when he was in the CB position covering jedi who along with Alan had managed to lopse the ball and put us under real pressure, AT made an excellent tackle and then passed it out calmly to one of our midfielders.
