Garde is not the man that can save us from relegation. People are excited because he is a foreign manager that sounds exciting. Because he is a good french Ligue 1 manager does not necessarily make him a right fit for the club. What players would he bring in January? we need Premier League Experience. Our problem is that we are an easy team to beat because the squad are mentally weak, we need a manager that can make us a difficult team to play against, and give us that ruthlessness home and away. David Moyes is the man to that, we need to get the basics done and start getting clean sheets, we can score goals but we cannot defend. I hope that this pure speculation and that David Moyes is being lined up as our new manager.

Moyes would have been perfect for our club.

The harsh reality is that the players are not playing for Tim. This is the first game that i have seen them really try. He is unlucky because he has been trying to urge the players on the pitch to attack and play more positive, but he does not help the cause by slating and blaming players in the media. I would be very surprised if he is still our manager by Monday evening. We need a Premier League experienced manager that commands respect of the dressing room, tactically astute and has a strong coaching team that can organise the team.

Those that want Sherwood out and another manager to take over this team cannot see the bigger picture. Regardless of who we bring in, Aston Villa Football Club will still have the same problems that they had when Paul Lambert was manager or when Alex McLeish and Gerard Houllier were managers. We have gave him enough opportunities to prove himself. I actually liked him, but he has made a lot of errors during his time here. This is another example of TS trying to get rid of this losing mentality we have at this club and sadly he is one of those players.

i think we to play with two holding players to protect our backline. I am pretty worried about our defence. Richards lacks discipline, he has the making of an important defender however he carries the ball too far up the pitch.

I feel like Ayew is going to link up well with idrissa and our other midfielders

Both Curtis Davies and NRC both shared outstanding seasons and at one stage Curtis Davies got called up to the national squad several times.. to say that they were worse signings than nzogbia is ludicrous

For those that want to know a bit more about the player

I find that its absolutely dreadful that guns is being mentioned as the main issue of this attack in this topic. I see pointless statistics of guns, but no mention of race? the inequality of race in America society? This was a terrorist attack on a black community in America something has been ongoing in country for over a hundred years. America has a huge problem with race and society and the media do not want to accept it, instead they want to brush it under the carpet as a race hate attack. Why is this not being labelled as a terrorist attack? If this crime was committed by someone of islamic faith this would be described as a terrorist attack. America invade other nations to defend their own country, but in actuality America are their own enemies. Shame on people that think that racism is not the main issue internally and externally.

The only place Delph will be going to next month is bodymoor heath.. What i hope he improves on is contributing to more goals next season.

Huddlestone would be a great signing for us! He would help us retain possession, his passing ability is far superior than any of our current crop of players. He would also be great for our set pieces, how many poor corners did we have last season? how money goals did we score from set pieces? Hope he joins!
