TrentVilla Posted April 21, 2012 Moderator Share Posted April 21, 2012 I'd imagine McLeish is delighted with that, never mind the fact we've not had a shot on goal.

Laivasse
Who's the Northern Irish commentator and the other bloke? It's decent to hear some commentators that actually seem to know a little about Villa.
VillaRoy
Christ that was a boring half of "football".
StanBalaban
If Gabby is subbed it'll be Heskey on for sure. What other strikers do we have? One up front and improve the supply perhaps, rather than one and a half up front without the ball. FYI, I would like Gardner and Carruthers on for Gabby and Albrighton. With the early change to Collins I can't see it happening, plus it'll probably be CNZ coming off ahead of Marc.
juanpabloangel18
we've been decent, good shape etc, but players have to take responsibility for poor final ball and bad decision making in the box/wide areas

Ponky
Anyone know if MON and his team applauded in the 19th minute? The TV didn't seem to think it was all that interesting. I think we're looking decent-ish but the touch is deplorable. We can't get any fluidity or momentum because the ball just hits N'Zogbia, Ireland et al on the foot and bounces straight to a Sunderland player. Our players just don't seem to work as a team at all - it's just 11 individuals and if the ball happens to hit two of them consecutively its purely by accident...
