Zatman Posted May 22, 2017 Share Posted May 22, 2017 He is good technically and got a load of assists at Pompey apparently. Pompey fan at work raved about him. I dont think he was super poor especially compared to other defenders we had in recent years with bigger reputations. lacked a bit of pace from what I saw but good see him make a good career for himself Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

VillaChris Posted May 22, 2017 Share Posted May 22, 2017 Had a look at a Pompey forum a few weeks back and most were saying he was championship standard and here he is actually signing for a championship team so not bad for someone playing league 2 last season. He played a couple of times for us and looked out of his depth v Southampton at home I remember but like many we signed around that time the jump in quality from the leagues they'd previously played was just too much.
