CarewsEyebrowDesigner
From Duncan from Carlisle, via text on 81111: "With Liverpool having the majority of their 1st XI available, they might just teach the young pretenders to their top four crown a lesson. 3-1 to the Reds." clearing in the woods
daft
Unfortunately I can't see us getting anything from this. We'll probably suffer from the short rest and the mental anguish of the not so flattering score line against Arsenal. Gerrard hat-trick for a 4-0 Poop win. daft
I'd have gone with 4-5-1, something like this: -------Reo-Coker----Petrov Albrighton------Milner------Downing ---------------Agbonlahor Albrighton a starter against Poop? That's a very risky move.
CarewsEyebrowDesigner
Mhmm, we'll struggle to break them down no doubt especially without Ashley taking 2 of their defenders with him all the time.
AVFC-Prideofbrum
I'd have gone with 4-5-1, something like this: -------Reo-Coker----Petrov Albrighton------Milner------Downing ---------------Agbonlahor Albrighton a starter against Poop? That's a very risky move. Okay, it was a friendly tournament but Albrighton was brilliant in that tournament in the way he ran at defenders, went past them and his delivery was awesome. Carew had a really poor tournament, Cuellar was excellent...I think it was a decent enough standard and competitiveness to give a decent taster of how good players are... He'd also be running at Insua, the worst left back in the top 10.
AshVilla
Will those foreign pansies enjoy the weather? Torres Aquilani Reina Benayoun Lucas Insua All pansies who are used to the warm weather... i think the british steel in our side will see us through on this tough night.. Kiwivillan
I hope Gabby drops deep and we don't rely on hoofballs to him and Carew all evening. I would of played Albrighton at the expense of Carew and brought JC on as a sub in the last 30. Benayoun is the dangerman for me.
andym
we definately have the ability to beat these lot they werent that good against wolves, they were shocking away at pompey and their away record in general is poor. we also have an excellent home record. if we play to the best of our ability we can win, it all depends on which villa turns up. hopefully they will be wanting to prove a point after the arsenal game
thegodfathertm07
if we play to our maximum potential we can sneak this 1-0. just am not confident. we are at home though guys
