He’ll never be found then.

But you can bet your ass three of the Seals will write a book about the experience and argue about details of the mission in public.

But it is worth considering, because that's exactly who it is reported we are after along with Emery.

So, either NSWE are underestimating the ability of these managers, or the money tap hasn't actually been turned off as previouly reported.

It was also (erroneously) reported that Gerrard was sacked last night.

Lots of things are reported, doesn't make them accurate or worthy of serious consideration. Not trying to silence anyone, just trying to bring some of the mad optimism back down to earth.

It's highly unlikely we end up with Poch, based on all measurable criteria.

Did they have a criteria for the ranking? or just judgement calls?

Gerrard was top 20 last years list :D

I have said before on here Juric would be an interesting choice, his Verona team finished top half with very little budget and plays similar style to Klopp or tries

I thought it was bang on with Southgate at 50th to be honest. 😂

But Eddie Howe 13th?

Is it unreasonable with my Villa rose tinted glasses on to expect our next manager to be one of the top 50 managers on any list like this?

The USA infrantry survival book only contains one sentence on one page. ‘Call the British’

The post and view probably makes it obvious that I was in the British Army 🤣

But there are those who have excelled over the past year or so – and we thought we’d rank them. Our list is determined by a few things: ability, of course, as well as how much their team has achieved in these past 12 months – with resources taken into account. Everything considered… these are the most employable men of 2022.

What the ****?

I just cancelled my FourFourTwo sub. For real. And I am ashamed to ever have given them my money.

I really don't see how those criteria warrants him a 13th place

Literally just going from being a Steve Bruce team to not a Steve Bruce team. The change he’s made is among the most significant of managers over that period. Obviously I know the mitigating circumstances that an inanimate carbon rod would have improved them after Bruce. It says club achievement is the parameter though and based on that I can see why even if I disagree with the conclusion made.

He has lost 6 league games in 2022, twice to Liverpool, City, Chelsea, Spurs and Everton the only weak team they lost too

Its as solid as most managers this year plus its a UK biased magazine

I mean I am not saying he is a poor manager by any stretch, but that is a bit laughable and over the top. But hey ho. It's a random list someone did, and obviously subjective. I just laugh at it even though I really did cancel my sub. 😅
