I'd rather it go to The Government than an oil conglomerate.

Technically it already does as something like 2/3 of the price of a litre is tax isn’t it?

This really needs to stop.

Yep, and fuel is at a 6 month high. We’re ripped off once again.

I think it’s because the £ against the $ has weakened and oil is priced in dollars.  So it’s more expensive for us to import it in.
