Posted August 25, 2022 Moderator Share Posted August 25, 2022 That's a shame, he always seems like an excellent coach and the players seem to like him, Delaney was definitely intent on bringing him through to manage the U23's and George would often be the man on the sidelines in U23 games last season. I guess that the new man has his own ideas for the way forward and George is enjoying the challenge of international football - this is probably the best outcome for all parties - but I liked having him around, he was a player I loved watching and a bright coach working in a good set up.
