useless Posted February 24, 2016 Share Posted February 24, 2016 If it weren't for the fact that the videos are being posted to YouTube, and so presumably retraceable to whoever's posting them, then it mightn't not be such a far fetched guess. I guess people just drawing parallels between them and number stations broadcast on shortwave radio, which have long been thought to be broadcasts of secret device agencies.
