  1. Ronney Deila had his last day as manager for Strømsgodset today, before leaving to Celtic. 15 year old Martin Ødegård scored his 2. Norwegian league goal for Strømsgodet in their 2-1 win over Hønefoss, played a larged part in the 2. goal as well. Currently got 2 goals and 1 assist in 2 starts and 4 sub apperances, total of 256 minutes played. Even though it's the Norwegian league, it's impressive for a 15 year old(Mats Møller Dæhli got 1 assist in his 698 minutes played for Molde before leaving to Cardiff last season).I've only seen highlights of Ødegård so I don't know how his overall play, but migth be a player to watch our for in the future. Certainly the most exciting prospect in the Norwegian league in many years.
  2. Apparently Ronny Deila was suppsoed to be Keanes assistant manager at Celtic, since Keane chose to be an assistant manageer at Aston Villa instead, Deila got the job as head coach. I think it's weird that he chose an Assistant role at Aston Villa instead of a Manager job at Celtic.
  3. With the right expectations and settings anything can be a supernatural experience. It's most likely the wind blowing, when people says; it's just the wind blowing. Car drives by, light hits your friend hands, you piss your pants and run, your friend piss his pants and freezes due to the suspension that's been building up. As for the spirit in the glass thingy, it's just you guys moving it "subconsciously", you all want to see and experience something supernatural. So naturally you all will be slightly moving your hands towards Y E S when you ask the question, is there a spirit here? Show me some flying plates breaking, a screaming flying white woman and some explosions who a few other people see as well, in the middle of the day, and I might start believing them. I suffer from sleeping paralysis from time to time so I have occasional run ins with floating spirits, dark presences in the room and a man who's just a black silhouette with red glowing eyes, either choking me, vacuum cleaning my soul all while I'm completely paralyzed unable to move. It's a dream, but my experience is that I'm completely awake when this is happening and I only know that I'm truly awake when my hallucinations and paralysis is gone. Instead of jumping on the ghost train, I did some research and found out it's just a nightmare on steroids. Point being, it might just be all in your head.
  4. For your own sake I hope you realize that a discussion/debate is about far more then proving someone wrong. It doesn't necessarily have to be a part that's either right or wrong. It's a great opportunity to gain knowledge and to get an understanding of other peoples view. Sadly people are far more concerned with winning their discussion then learning something from it. Off topic, sorry! As for Paul Lambert, he'll be around until a new owner comes in. After a very disappointing season I'd like to see him leave sooner rather then later. Things just didn't work out, sadly.
  5. What did he end up with? Goals & assists? 6 goals I think, not sure about assists though. Great stuff, bulk up bit by bit and it'll make a huge difference Just a bit though!
  6. OK so we're ignoring league position? As has been clarified on numerous occasions, all that means is that our rivals were weaker than they were in the McLeish season. Yes obviously we'd still take finishing higher despite that but it still means that last season was no better results-wise than the McLeish one. Or that the top half of the league is much stronger and it's far more difficult to pick up points. Completely depends on how you spin it. Clarified on numereous occasions, don't think so. Where you end up on the table that season is what matters.
  7. So that's the manager that got sacked, the manager that got sacked, the one that finally took them down and the non existent 4th manager. Can you prove Fulham paid £5.5m? How about we purchased wingers instead of those second rate strikers? wow.
  8. Suggest: cast away on the moon.
  9. I see godzilla is getting quite good reviews here and on IMDB.I hated it, everything about it sucked(imo) except the CG and the last fight. All I could hear when walking out of the theater was people talking about how poor it was, included the 4 persons I was with, who's somewhat of godzilla fans. Guess people just have different taste. Seems to be a bit of love it or hate it kind of movie. For me it has to be one of my most unsuccessful trips to the cinema.
  10. Very dissapointed in how little game time he got.
  11. Clever. But to me this is just taking advantage of a weakness in the game. Must take some enjoyment out of it if you can vacuum the whole game of Ronaldoesque regens and put them into your team?
  12. Don't think he wants to be here. Looks nonchalant compared to last season. Just doesn't care, affects his game.
  13. - Mentioned the buyer was American - Mentioned the buyer owned other sport franchises - Realised he might get in trouble for what he said, so deleted his posts You do realise that repeating this information immediately puts me in danger of..... .... wait for it.... ... the Wrath of Kwan! Thank you sir!
  14. Anyone mind filling me in on what Kwan has been saying? Been backtracking shitloads of pages now and all I can see is some kwantastic puns.
  15. Well that was for his second goal. For his first goal, he was about to celebrate. Then completely stopped, dead on his feet(Like players scoring for clubs they've grown up in and played for, for 10 years) Started pointing at his chest, with a body language saying something like: "what you say now bitches!!". Then he did the ear thing. For the second goal he did the hands to ear, machine gun arms thingy. Did himself no favour at all with that first celebration. Firstly it was a lucky goal, secondly he's been abysmal all season. Speaks of a real cocky attitude, which is fine if you've been the top scorer at the club, had a short dry spell then got criticized. But not after such a poor season he's had. Played very well yesterday, so credit where credit is due. But the the first celebration is not something he should have done imo.
  16. Nice of him to turn for the two last games of the season
  17. Weimanns celebration annoyed me. As if the criticism he's gotten has been undeserved.
