    Completely out of the blue this one. Don't know much about him other than FM19 and Fifa. Looks a beast in the videos and seem's to be in the same mould of Abraham. True what people are saying, we now have our own striker to mould instead of improving another teams player for their benefit. Really hope we get this over the line, a massive statement of intent to the rest of the league.

    Does anyone know how a revaluation of your property works when remortgaging? I've renovated half of the house since moving in two years ago, I would imagine I have increased the value by £30-40k

    Liverpool and United back to back in April could potentially make or break our season. West Ham last game of the season could see us over the line. I think our title race could go to the last game this season.

    I reckon Mings will sign for £15m so won't break it I also think we will get Butland for £18m Striker and possible a Right Winger will both break it I think.

    I would say the back 4 and goalkeeper are the priority in staying in the Premier League. If you look at Fulham last season, and us when we went down; the shambles of a defence was the downfall. The more goals you concede the more you have to score in order to pick up points. Chances are being on the back foot in games we will get less chances to score and so you don't want to be conceding a high proportion of goals. We ourselves have proved how important a defence is, our season picked up this year as soon as the back 4 was sorted out after January.

    Targett has been my main left back in my Villa team on FM19 since getting back into the PL. Bought him for £10m and he now regularly has bids of £30-40m each transfer window. On this basis alone we should be signing him asap.

    Maybe try decreasing the weights you are lifting on those 3 exercises. Also reduce the reps down to a maximum of 8 per set. Start building your way up on them. I used to get neck tension issues from those sorts of exercises, but never the headaches, I no longer have any problems with it though.

    He's on holiday, I imagine it will be announced once he's back. The reports of the bid being accepted came after he left the UK I think so maybe he hasn't fully agreed personal terms yet.

    I would imagine Kalinic is lined up to be sold, possibly even a deal already in place. This would bring the transfer fee for Butland down to £12-15 million which would almost certainly be worth it. Just think how many points we lost this season having a poor goalkeeper in the first 11. This isn't to say Steer won't be a good PL goalkeeper, but it could potentially be a long 6 months after the 8th August transfer deadline passes if he doesn't make the step up.

    I went to Stoke away this season and Butland was absolutely phenomenal that day. It was the day he wore the Gordon Banks jersey and we honestly couldn't get the ball past him. If Cutler can improve him he could almost certainly become the England Number 1, this in itself would massively boost his transfer value.

    100% this We held a fire sale of these players after relegation in order to receive money in and clear the wage bill. If we had held on to the fact that these players were still going to become good players going forwards we could have inserted sell on clauses in. 25% sell on clauses could have potentially brought in: Jordan Veretout - Interest from Arsenal & Napoli for £30m - 25% £7.5m Idrissa Gueye - Interest from PSG for £30m - 25$ £7.5m Jordan Amavi - Hasn't yet lived up to the potential but still time.
