  1. Well that was a little insane
  2. Thanks for that. I guess I didn’t see much of the after celebrations.
  3. Vaguely remember seeing them many times at The Uni Bar, Hobart Tasmania. Then again I was pretty drunk, often, so my recollection is somewhat fuzzy.
  4. I only went back a couple of pages so sorry If this has already been answered. My understanding was after the injury he went home to Brazil. If the season is only six weeks away and I assume he would have to quarantine for two weeks he should be getting back nowish. Four weeks with our medical and fitness staff to assess and get him up to speed. Not saying that he doesn’t have expert medical/fitness/dietary folk to work with in Brazil but being closer to home so we can see exactly his progress.
  5. Perez out of both Silverstone races after testing positive for Covid-19. It has begun.
  6. Well I had an insane individual today. Not mask related but hand sanitizer. I was to the rear of the store and the other worker she was up front. I heard the request to have a squirt of hand sanitizer. With a little bit of discussion. Came to the front and everyone was cool. Noticed the man had a mask on but his nose was hanging out. I asked very politely to cover up the nose. He exploded with all the nonsense. Hoax, blown out of proportion, leftist this that and the other. Called my associate “a leftest b***ch. I advanced on him to open the door and get him to leave. My colleague who is maybe 5ft jumped in between me and the insane individual. He was screaming for me to back up. He eventually left. The issue that my colleague had and maybe the guy had was in my right hand was a hammer and in my left hand a 16 inch 4x2. I had been adjusting the height of some shelves on a bookcase. So potentially I maybe looked a little threatening. Oh how we laughed.
  7. Aarrgghh. Just finished watching. Due to time difference, work and NBC Gold. Man o man that was painful. Throbbing headache. Even the deaf cat by my side was wondering what the heck I was doing. I am sure the other occupants of the building are somewhat aghast at the absolute filth, at volume, that was emanating from my apartment. Phew. As we all realise, lots of work to do. UTV
  8. Been wearing them for months in Virginia. We closed the bookstore to the public for three months so, as it was just the three of us, all single, it was like our family unit. I was able to work without one. We have since opened for a month now and everyone wears a mask or no entry. Also a squirt of hand sanitizer as well. A young girl refused the sanitizer so went and stood outside with arms crossed just staring at me. I was laughing at her under my mask. She even stood in the sun to keep me in her eyeline. It was 95 degrees. Her boyfriend must have had enough of her nonsense so spent what seemed like an eternity carefully looking at every category of books that we have. He got an absolute earful when he eventually went outside. Very satisfying. I also am a bit of a “Bernard Black” so the absolute fifth that I normally direct at the customers has increased ten fold. There are advantages to wearing a mask beside the whole not dying bit.
  9. So this may have been discussed here or elsewhere but I was considering the cost to run a team. The concept of having back to back races at the same track must save a huge amount on getting all that infrastructure and folk from track to track. Maybe drop four circuits and double up at four others. Or maybe a combination of dropping a couple of races and have two one year at a circuit and one the next with a corresponding one race then two at a different one. So I am not advocating 10 circuits for 20 races. Some combination. If that makes sense. I guess also having two races at one circuit also generates a whole whack of data of the same track with different parameters. Could benefit the smaller teams. Maybe. Or maybe I am well into my cups.
  10. A different pair to add. Fictional characters as well. A pair of “Sneaky Little Hobittses”. I am almost certain I won’t make my one hundredth and eleventh birthday.
  11. What I wonder is why Google sold Boston Dynamics in 2017? It just seems that it would have been a perfect company for them. I guess there is something I am missing.
  12. Mark Viduka was always described as lazy. Actually google Viduka and Lazy and he even describes himself as lazy. What a goose. Nice hat trick against Liverpool mind.
