    It probably was never going to be an easy season for him: he's not a very physical player adapting to a new team, a new league and a new role. But he's wracked up what matters most in goals and assists in spite of these challenges, he has talent in spades, and his left foot is A settled Diaby and Bailey running at defences next season...

    No idea how Brentford didn't win that, but dropped points are always welcome. Another dreadful performance by United too. I honestly don't see how they get more than 62 or so points...

    The ball stuck to him like glue today (arguably too much!): you can't teach that. Very exciting talent. I'm sure a course at the Unaiversity will bring his decision making up to Premier League level sooner rather than later: then he'll stand a great chance of becoming a dangerous player.

    It feels like we've conceded so many goals like their first that it's getting ridiculous. It's almost like the play in our own half is an afterthought of sorts compared to our (good) attacking play. We've been our own worst enemy so much this season with how we love to give it away like that. Even the set piece itself for the 2nd goal, although well taken, was very avoidable. Either side of their goal scorer I think you had Maritz just stood there watching the ball while marking nobody, and Patten who gave her runner/the scorer a hefty head start for some reason.

    They should be, but I don't think they ever have known or cared for the word 'morally'. Just 'money'. At least they're microscopically more subtle about it than FIFA.
