    If this scenario happened in most "normal" jobs I would imagine the person would be suspended until the trial. But Sunderland needed one of their best players out on the pitch. Now he has pleaded guilty Sunderland surely must act. I can't see him playing again for a long time, if ever. Would have been interesting to see what Sunderland would have done if the accused had been a youth team player rather than an integral part of their first team

    I get 25 days (5 weeks) of Annual Leave in weekly blocks. One between Jan-April. Two together between April and Sept. One between Sept and Dec. One week can be used when I want as long as the weekly quota isn't full. I then get 10 floating days to use on an ad hoc basis but two of these may have to be taken on 25th/26th Dec if not a rostered rest day. I also get a block of 10 days off every 5 weeks. Annual leave weeks are usually tagged on to these rostered rest day blocks.

    I get that for some people if feels like that. But my reply was because I don't see the point of coming on to a thread about something you are not really interested in, populated by people who are very interested, and then say something like that. I wouldn't go into the boxing thread and tell the people in there I don't see the point as it's just two people hitting each other.
