    I was going to buy a ticket for this match as it went on general sale and I live in South London so would have had to leave early to get there. Thankfully I didn't or I would have been halfway there with it being cancelled.

    Goal difference can be important at the end of the season. That pummelling could be the difference between them staying up or down. Anyway, have to happy with Gerrard's start, 4 wins in 6 is great.

    What Gerrard should have done is played like Leeds did against Man City yesterday. They got beaten 7-0 of course, but at least they had shots on target.

    Horrible performance. We should be beating teams like this 6-0. First we lose to Liverpool 1-0 when we should be losing to them 4-0 and we only beat Norwich 2-0. Gerrard out!

    Against City, we were totally outplayed in the first half, getting nowhere near them and they were deservedly 2-0 up. Second half was much better because City dropped off.

    Where are we now with Gerrard? Is he still the best thing since sliced bread or is he the worst manager ever? I can't keep up. Didn't watch the game, but sounds like it was a defence game from us. Presume some are moaning that we weren't more expansive, however let's say we were and we lost 4-0. Confidence is low. We lost 1-0 to a dodgy penalty(?) and sounds like we should have had our own penalty. Gerrard can use this to motivate the players.
