tbf, Carlos is about the same height as Konsa. So Mings/Carlos or Mings/Konsa, no real difference tbh. Also, i think Konsa is terrible in the air generally (height aside), not sure how Carlos is in the air, but cant be worse than Konsa!?

there is something really wholesome about Scaloni's response when Argentina won the world cup, almost like he was in shock.

I think we probably need a few players to go to the next level, maybe 4-5 of them, but i also think just 3 new players would change us massively, the 3 area's i would prioritise are: Wide/inside forward/winger type player. Striker. Centre Back. Three quality players in those positions would make us an entirely different prospect i think. would be nice to get 1-2 of those positions done in Jan....who knows tho.

lets not forget, even after he saved 1 pen, and got in the head of the next player to miss a pen, he pulled off that epic save on 123 mins to keep them in the game and take it to pens. unreal. After Messi i think he is probably their most important player in terms of how they got where they did (Copa America/World Cup etc), and tbh the way Messi always goes to him to hug/celebrate, i think Messi knows it too.
