To much noise and chatter coming out of the dressing room for liking why it not kept in house ?. The Mings situation and Sanson and now Watkins can't be healthy.

People have mentioned some positives about Purslow I agree he has done some great things , but you know what ultimately he is judged on our on field success and sorry to say that's a fail with the money spend , new staff , and a club of our stature clubs with half our budget make us look second rate that is reality.

Interesting post seems like no matter what we do nothing changes I said before and say again we a mentally weake on and off the field. On the field there is no leadership , no tuff nuts who do dirty work we look like school boys off the field Purslow doesn't face the media enough or criticism or accountability for his job along with board.

There is a problem in our club somewhere we keep signing players and high profile players yet we cannot get the best out of them.

Like people have mentioned we can't keep on signing players and makes no difference and there quality players to waste of money for me.

Won 10 out of 29 games poor record and has been backed by the owners. We don't have a identity or system , plan etc seems like we play in hope players don't understand there roles. Look at Bournemouth they had a plan , system and executed it and look at there squad.

We have handled this poor played in preseason then can't make the bench puzzling.

My issues with him is he coast's through games goes missing to often you see a couple of glimpses that's it needs to harder.

Poor selection why was he picked in the starting 11 Chambers was in form.

Poor choice been saying it for a long time overated how he has become captain is bewildering.

Very simple for me has had backing by the owners with $$$ signings players he wanted , full preseason no excuses whatsoever time to deliver we cannot be seeing the same mistakes as last year. This issue I have with the manager is that we don't have a identity or system and we keep on chopping and changing the side.

I.think his inconsistencies has come back to haunt him to many mistakes in games to often and may not be automatic starting 11 player.

I don’t even think his a regular starting 11 player at times very patchy in games goes missing alot always thought he was overated Martinez was the choice for me without a doubt screams leadership.
