People saying Zaniolo should get a yellow don’t understand the rules. The offence is delaying the restart. Nothing was stopping the Palace player picking up one of the many other balls on the sideline and playing on. In reality he threw the ball off the pitch, allowing the game to restart quicker.

How has Hughes not been booked there? Pulling of the shirt when on the break is the most standard yellow card you’re going to see.

It seems like ages since we played last. Palace will be hard to beat, Roy will have them well organised and he’ll want to get good counter attacking opportunities. There are a few players pushing for a starting spot. But I think I’d go with Emi Cash Konsa Pau Digne Luiz Bouba Diaby Zaniolo McGinn Ollie Hoping to see JJ and Moreno on the bench!

What a move that is for him! I’ve always liked Davis, always gave 100%! Always reminded my of Heskey, not the most talented but I think can be very effect in the right system!

I’d like to see one more quality addition, a versatile attacker with a bit of speed. We are going to look a different team when JJ and Moreno are back on the left side so no major surgery required. Also Kellyman is free scoring at the moment so could be used if required.

I think the red for VVD was harsh. And the second yellow for TAA would have been a joke, the first was harsh as he threw the ball back on to the field. How many fouls has Jolinton committed? I still don’t think he’s been yellow carded.
