More relieved than happy about it. He has left us in an awful position. We are a bee's dick away from the relegation spots, and we plunge into the great unknown as to how our next appointment is going to fare. -
Absolutely agree. There are plenty of sticks lying around to pick up and beat him with about his managerial capabilities. I don't care if the picture was taken five years, five days or five minutes ago. As long as he isn't hurting anyone, I don't care. Mind you, the baby looks like its saying to Stevie " Hey Steve. After holding back and thinking it through, I have finally reached the conclusions of what qualities I would like to see in any prospective Villa managers to replace Steven Gerrard. After much deliberation, I have drawn up a list of those qualities below. Not Steven Gerrard. That is all.

We need to learn a lesson from West Brom and Bruce. Apparently, they were considering sacking Bruce after the Small Heath defeat, but decided to stick with him to give him a chance to turn it around. They are now in the relegation spots. I really hope we are not making the same stupid mistake.

It was like watching a women's team playing braless. No player on the pitch had any support. If we had a manager that was worth his chips, we wouldn't have eleven players playing as eleven individuals instead of a team.

I like McGinn, but he isn't having the best of seasons. We should all know what he is capable of, and he should be playing better. I think the captaincy thing has backfired big time for him. Time to give it back to Ty.

We have good players, that are not really clicking together as a team. A Brucesque result and performance from our manager.

Going by the stick he gets from other club's fans, he is arguably one of the most under rated players in the Premier League. Very happy he is a Villan, and wouldn't swap him for anyone.
