Can't knock the lad whatever he chooses to do. Gave his all for us and helped us get promoted he may also feel that he's shown Chelsea what he can do and next season might be his opportunity. It might not be of course but he's young enough to take that chance. Likely he's full of belief and confidence after this season too so wants to prove himself to Chelsea. If he comes to us, great, if not, best of luck Tammy and thanks for all the passion, pride and desire you gave in helping us.

Very interested to know what input JT has had I was worried he might struggle as number 2 and want some limelight but seems he's quietly gone about his business and been a massive part of what we've achieved. Another season with us in the Premier please JT!

Fair point, after achieving promotion and being so seemingly tight knit with the group and loved and adored by the fans why would you want to go back? No disrespect to Bournemouth but if we get it right we will overtake them again and Mings could be a big part of that.

I have to say it's been fantastic being a part of VT this season, as it has for many seasons before. Win lose or draw we all share a common bond and that is our love for the Villa. To have a manager and captain who also share our love and passion is the stuff of dreams. May we all be celebrating together in a few hours time. UTV!

For the FA cup semi I ended up in a really crappy social club just over the road from the entrance to the shopping centre near Wembley. Was great fun, a real dive and £4 a pint I think. Then went to Tesco and camped on grassy area opposite with beer and crisps!. Wasn't quite the same for the final. Making me wish I'd gone down ticket less just for the craic!

Bit random but I remember at least 20 years ago when someone spray painted 'kev' on the wall of the pub on birchfield road (name escapes me) near the roundabout and a few days later someone else spray painted 'the fruit bat' underneath. Had me in stitches sorry, I'm a bag of nerves!!!

I feel very confident about this but if we do get promoted I will miss the championship, I've enjoyed that winning feeling and we've had some great players, proper crafters (snoddy, mings, McGinn etc) who have been brilliant for us. As long as we play with passion and pride I'll be happy. UTV
