Type of player who will get fouls 25 yards out. Can see him being effective in creating space & drawing defenders for the likes of Gestede/Adebayor to exploit.

I think going 433 with a proper "sitter" in front with two high energy mids either side will help massively. I don't want to give up on Richards at CB but he clearly looks like a RB playing CB. I guess you can give him time but there comes a point where Sherwodd will have to reevaluate this if its just not working, weather Richards then throws a wobbler is up to him. Being told he'll be CB was a huge factor in him joining us,needs an older head next to him but that makes Clark being dropped.

He can be incredibly frustrating at times...in the right role though he's going to be (if he can get his levels back up) very good for us. He's not a winger imo, he's suited to play on the left of a forward 3 for sure. Could easily get 10 league goals In that role.

Bacuna isn't a right back & has played all pre season where he should. On the right of midfield. I think eventually Richards will move to RB if we get an experienced centre half along side Clark. Richards needs to stop bombing forward, makes me laugh he says he wanted to play CB but clearly looks like a RB playing CB.

I want Richards to succeed here....but he simply isn't a centre half. We need someone more experienced in there or someone like Cambiasso in front of them who can talk & organsize.

I wouldn't have any complaints in seeing Bunn start out first league game. He seems better at organising the defence from corners and coming out to collect a ball from corners. I think he will start next week.

I really like Bunn, don't know if he's good enough for the no 1 spot but I just love how enthusiastic he is since joining us. Very happy he's with us. I personally would love the midfield to be a three of Veretout/Sanchez/Gueye.

Wonderful..a centre half who looks better going forward than defending. His positional play at times leaves me wondering if he's in fact partially sighted.

Spoke to a season ticket holder at my wedding who's a Blackburn fan. When I saw him he said congrats on the signing first haha Said he needs service & isn't really one for fashioning something out of nothing but if we play to his strengths will score goals. Also said great poacher in/round the box. Think it's a good signing...UTV

We let him go because he wanted first team football and Knight was happy being second choice at his boyhood club. Knight played pretty much every game in his first season with us.

I've gone from buying the new shirts/not getting any printing on them because I didn't really like any of the squad to now not having a clue who to go for....what a difference a couple weeks make.

Bacuna shouldn't be counted as a right back! He's been playing right mid all pre season & only played right back out of necessity in the past season or so. Crespo has been brought in as a utility player but has operated mostly at right back, I think we def need a centre half.

Exactly this...I posted in the match thread that he kept throwing his arms in the air (wave um like ya just don't care) when something didn't go his way, like a stray pass or being out of position like it was someone else's fault. I'm willing to see how he goes but 10 games in if he's still iffy he needs to be moved to rightback.
