  1. We still have Dougie and Nakamba and Chambers. Kamara barely gets injured. I think DM is sorted. I'd like to see a striker now!
  2. It's jokes mate. Of course the truth is in the middle. But for now, let's enjoy Liverpool winning the quadru... Oh wait a minute
  3. Hard to tell, they are showing the stadium, god knows what's happening outside
  4. Yup, but it shouldn't matter, because Liverpool had the ball before Benzema scored. You can't go back in VAR.
  5. What's interesting is that Real end looked full at 19:45 - how did they get in no problems?
  6. We must remember Suarez was only 32 twelve years ago.
  7. A pharaonic contract? Any good gifs anyone?
  8. I'd wear a blues shirt with my son's name, under a villa jacket.
  9. 100%. If my son ever plays any football at any level, I am getting the shirt and will wear it to every game, regardless of who the team is.
  10. It's possible the club is dissolved tomorrow. But that won't happen.
  11. What's wrong with that? Good for him, I wish him the best in his career. It's not Manchester City, not every Villa player needs a statue outside the stadium.
  12. Aston Villa. Hired a bunch of youngsters who struggled and got relegated. It's about the right players, not their age. Just because you sign a 29 year old, it doesn't mean they are overpaid and over the hill.
  13. You don't get any awards for the youngest team. You get points for a winning team. Give me a team of solid 29/30 year olds over possibly successful 22 year olds. But the right way to do it is to mix it - Coutinho is what, just short of 30? Is he not a better option than Bailey?
  14. I once read that the oil countries wealth is only fractionally based on actual oil now. Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, They have made such massive leaps in the financial/commercial sectors that they are no longer reliant on pure oil and it's a fraction of their GDP. Plenty of commerce, tech companies, banks, all moving to the Arab countries. Dubai's oil driven profit is only 1% of their GDP, tourism is 20%. So It looks like the sheiks are going nowhere anytime soon.
  15. He likes to party. He is a top top player. He will likely play a bigger part at City next season, this season he hasn't been as good as he was at Villa due to different tactics Man City use. Can we lock the thread and not accuse the man of coke and guessing be will be retiring at 28?
