I think you need to be physically developed at a young age to make it in the premier league and English football in general, some of the smaller technical players like Barry would benefit moving abroad to a less physical leagues in Europe they’d learn alot and work with better coaches. Obviously Barry has already been at Barca.

I’d say so to, would fit well in the system, can play as a third central defender to, which is exactly what Young is doing now depending on the phase of play.
People underestimate how tough it is to make it as footballer at any level. Plenty that think we’ll have a team of academy players in a few years time will be very disappointed.
Definitely helped with our shape in possession. He’s basically the left winger in the final third. Has some adapting to do understandably, didn’t helped that the ref let more run than usual either.
