Di Matteo played in the two of the best leagues in the world. Now I am a sceptic of good players being good managers. Its almost always the other way around but Di Matteo was a good smart player. The smart players have a better chance of succeeding in management. The best most recent example are Diego Simeone. Di Matteo have had success with the English clubs he managed. He had one year in the Bundesliga. Regardless of how that went it is experience that is very valuable. Could we do much better? Thinking about it I seriously doubt it.

Canada was amazing. In Vancouver we went to watch whales; saw 4 orcas around Bowen Island. The surroundings was so beautiful. Was a bit overwhelmed actually. Banff was a must do. Going to the top of Sulphur Mountain was fantastic. Didn't like to go uphill in the gondolas; downhill was fine. Montreal was fine. It is actually the place I would have cut if I would done trip again but on fewer number of days but still a good city. If that makes sense. Toronto has a lot to do. I liked the Hockey Hall of Fame cause Im very interested. Went a daytrip to Niagara Falls. Stunning view. Niagara on the Lake reminded me of the last episode of Seinfeld Still nice though. If they weren't so thin in defence and lacking a top quality striker Xhaka would be a good signing. He had an average season with 3 sending offs but he is a good player. Its just the sum that would worry me as an Arsenal fan. Knowing Wenger he won't buy much more and that would leave them still with Mertesacker, Gabriel and Giroud.
