I've give this some thought and have come to the conclusion we need; Keeper,rb,lb,chx2,cmx2,lm,rm,forwardx2. And if possible some compatant subs. I can't think of 1 player who has done well so far this season. Richards so of tries but isn't a centre back, the rest? Well I just don't see any of them as good enough. Add to that I don't see anyone really giving their all. Some how RG has to get these players to give a shit, I truly feel sorry for him.

Anyone who wants Okore on the left is going to be disappointed. He's a right sided defender, last season he did okay next to Ckark so for me that's the partnership we should have right now. Trouble is Clark was beyond shite against Everton so who knows what will work. Orkore is still very raw but there's a good player in there but I fear his injuries are going to keep him out more often than not.

His honesty still doesn't change the fact that as a CH he is a major part of the problem, he's just not a good CH. He's passable covering but he's a RB. If the club captain can't do the right thing by the club then we have no chance. The Watford game will not ease anything imo, lose and no doubt VP and this forum will be very dark places but a win won't convince anybody that this squad is good enough. Personally unless by some miracle Gardè manages to find another Benteke during January I just don't see how a squad full of player's not of Premier League standard are going to turn this around.

I'm not going to mention names but I know 3 who all picked up "injuries" during the cold weather, all got time to go to warmer climates to "help" recovery. Might be harder today as everyone has a camera but I assure you it goes on. Btw, 1 was one of ours the other's were both playing for the noses. I'm not sure about this guy, he seems to be injury prone as well as a headless chook but the rest are bloody useless so he has to be given a chance.......if he ever gets fit enough.

Until he got injured I was impressed, we need someone willing to stand up and fight for the club. He isn't going to cost anything so why not give him a chance if a space in this weak squad? He couldn't do worse than Lescott or Richardson.

Tbh he's been, along with most of them absolutely shite this season. I couldn't care less if the club sold him, on his day (Liverpool FAC semi) he's brilliant but besides that game I'm struggling to think of a game when he's stood out. If he thinks he's "made it" now then he's never going to. As for playing for England? Well Delph does so maybe but I've seen nothing from him that makes me think he's a possible international player. I've been one of his supporters but I'm not blind, I can see when someone isn't giving their all. Right now we need player's who will roll their sleeves up and fight for this club Jack isn't even breaking a sweat.

It's not going to be pleasant, everyone and their dog will be laughing, taking the piss etc. However we (AVFC) have allowed this to happen, we all saw it coming although there is little most of us could do other than complain and boo. I see nothing that we have that will change this team, the squad is weak, not one player is fighting like lions, we just don't have any leaders, Lerner wont spend money in January and even if he did we'd need 4/5 players of quality which isn't easy to do in January. I will always be a Villan however I can't watch us live anymore as it's not a pleasure, I accept losing is part of the game but it's the not giving 100% each game that I can't accept.

Okore is a right sided player, putting him on the left would be a gamble. CC is good enough, personally I would prefer to use Richards at RB with Okore partnering Clark.

1st off I don't hate Westwood, I just don't think he's any good. JV is already an improvement which is good for Aston Villa, keep Westwood as back up.

Start with; Guzan Richards Okore Clark Amavi Sanchez Gana Traore Gil Grealish Ayew And then move things around from there. He still then has player's like Gestede, Hutton, Bacuna, Veretout, Westwood, Gardner as well as a few of the youngsters he can bring in. If he continues with Richardson, Lescott, Gabby then we will only lose more games. Oh and whatever else he does he must not try using CNZ as he's the most useless player we gave bar Lescott.

Is he even at the club? If our new manager is as good as they say he is then I'm expecting to see Clark or Ilore in place for the worst CH I've ever seen Lescott. It will be interesting to see just how long it takes RM to work out who in this squad aren't up for it.
