Mr Fox, has been as us Villa fans are currently witnessing some of the least entertaining football this club has ever served, why not lower ticket prices all around the stadium? Say £30 for adults in all upper and middle tiers and £15 for kids aged 11-16, £10 for all kids up to the age of 11. For all lower tier seats you could charge £25 for adults, £13 for kids aged 11-16 and £5 for kids aged up to 11. Ticket prices like those above might just mean that the team doesn't play in front of a 2/3 full stadium every time they play at home. Then, when the club is sold and we - the fans - have hope again, maybe you could increase the ticket prices again.

This season is pretty similar to last season to be fair. We'd only got 18 goals in our first 20 games last season but that was with a fit Benteke and Kozak scoring 7 between them. That pairing have hardly played this season and there's only 2 goals from them. Also, we had 9 league games without goals at this stage last season. We've had 11 games without goals this time around but, like above, we've been without our two main strikers for most of this season. Overall it all seems pretty sameish as even the away goals tally is similar - 25 last season and 22 this season. It all just proves how very little the rest of the team contributes to tithe goals for tally when we are without Benteke and Kozak. Also goes to show that no matter who plays or who coaches, nothing seems to really get any better.

This Villa performance is appalling. The players look like they're running through mud and too many not showing enough effort. Results elsewhere are very much going against us too. We've got a tough run of games after the next one so we could do with 3 points today.

You have 4 possibilities there, I wonder which one is more likely to happen. Poll anyone? To be honest, it was all tongue in cheek stuff, in response to Vancvillain's post. Not saying that Vancvillain's post wasn't any good, more that it was pretty conclusive in its content. A poll of those four options sounds interesting though. Maybe a 5th of "Lambert leaving" could be added to a poll of "Which of these do you think will happen first"?

Might as well lock this now until either a new owner comes in, Lerner re-invests heavily, we get relegated or, we actually win something.

I'd definitely like to see us loan a striker in January. Neither Gabby or Weimann can be trusted to fill Benteke's boots should he get injured. Kozak will come back at some point but will need time. I really don't think we should run the risk of Benteke getting injured and having no goal threat for the second half of the season.

I think that, if that's a red, a lot more red cards need to be shown. For instance, the tackle by the Leicester player on Westwood. He tried to get the ball but missed it and could have seriously injured our player. The referees simply need to be more consistent.

I'm undecided. If it was the only way to ever see Villa win anything again then yes. But, if it just meant getting into line with everyone else and still not being a success than absolutely no. I wonder what would happen if all Arab owned clubs decided there was to be no more alcohol consumed at any time on their premises. I wonder how many fans would say yes then?

Gabby git sent off because Young was acting like his leg had been shattered. There's no way that was even a yellow card so a red is just ridiculous. I only half liked Young when he played for us, I can't stand the player now. He was really out to have a go at the Villa yesterday and was lucky not to get booked for challenges he put in after the collision with Gabby.

Something we have struggled with for the last 5 years. Lambert either needs to give grealish a chance or buy a no 10 in January because Joe cole will play about 42 minutes this season with his injury trouble Is that 14 x 3 minute appearances or 3 X 14?

I can understand people being concerned with the lack of goals but I can see hope there due to the fact we have our best attackers available again. I am worried about the defence. I'm pretty sure that the only reason we've looked more solid this season is because of our solid full backs and the centre backs not having to worry about what's going on wide of them. But, if anything happened to Hutton and Cissokho I'd be concerned about how many goals we'd concede again.

He has a good long range pass on him, something that can't be said for many others in the team.

I'd say his Red card is about the most outstanding contribution he's made since being at the club. Done nothing at all of any note in his previous games. I don't mind him being cover for left back but there should be a long line ahead of him in midfield.

I don't agree but I respect your opinion. Gotta be the post of the year, if only for its humour? Seriously funny post mate!

But, to add to my above post, Clark has been playing some fantastic football in the last few games. I just loved that tackle out by the touchline first half - got the ball and the man = perfect tackle.
