I got up this morning and immediately put sky sports news on, I was certain there would be an announcement before 10am. I'm losing faith in the board now.

I think throwing all the strikers on is a good indication that Gerrard knows he's in real trouble.

I've revised my answer on the basis that it's my birthday on Wednesday. Villa to absolutely obliterate Forest please. Then somehow he gets sacked anyway for his behaviour.

If losing to Forest doesn't get him the sack after the last 12 months then I really don't know what will get rid of him. On that basis I'd take a loss tonight and have him gone. I'd sacrifice 3 points in the hope we get someone else in that can secure us more 3 points long term.

Im expecting Forest to be well up for this with Cooper getting a new contract. They're gonna wanna show he was worth it. What better team to play for them too.

I've remained on the fence as much as possible but the one thing I can't defend is just how boring we are. As a club that want growth there's is no way anyone is watching us this season and thinking "yeah I'm happy to pay £40 to see that live" Every game we don't lose is now a missed opportunity to sack Gerrard. We're in a situation where the manager is bigger than the club and the fans need to act.

There's a really bad cold going around too which I'd think a lot of people are putting down to covid. I got it last week and it's still lingering. Still testing negative though.

I would say there is no way she can hold off an election until 2024 but absolutely nothing would surprise me anymore. Large protests planned in Birmingham for the tory conference.

Bloke from the IEA on the news just now was blaming everything thats happening on the labour government in 2008. Thats gonna be the tory line isn't it.
