I thought i would join is as i have finished a diet today. for the last 3 months i have been on a low carb diet and have lost 35lbs, i did a lot of exercise as well but it must be the easiest way to lose weight.

Right, so i have been on a low carb diet for the last 6 weeks and lost around 10lbs. i was 16 stone now 15st 3lbs. I have been going to the gym more doing cardio. I want to be as slim, fit and strong as possible for mid june. id say i want to be weighing about 13 st 7 or a bit less. Im obviously very happy with my low carb diet (i still have porridge 3 days a week)I want to start strengthening, especially my arms and chest. Can i do this on my low carb diet? Oh i went to a boxing class yesterday and im going to be doing that once a week from now on!

Right so i am playing the telegraph fantast football in work. theres 37 of us in the league and myself and 2 others put a bit of a gap between us and the rest of the pack and everyweek a different one of us was leading. But i am really stuck on what to do. we have limited subs throughout the season and i only have 6 left (start with 30) This week i lost alot of ground without rooney or adeybeyor (who i just replaced with Ba) With Ba now playing behind Cisse i cant see him scoring as many and i am tempted to swap back (also note that FA Cup games Count) so should i go back to Adebeyor? Rooneys finding form and Aguero isnt I am tempted to make both subs but cant afford them both and only have 6 subs left. To make both i could always get rid of Mata for someone else (Sessnagon, McClean, Chamberlain, Valencia) what do you think i should do? make 3 subs, 1, stick with my team! bear in mind if im doing all 3 i will take aguero and Ba out for adebeyor and the midfielder and swap Mata for Rooney after he plays in the FA cup

To be fair im not that much of a ribs guy, much prefer my pulled pork and burnt ends etc. Id say the ribs are better at Big Easy, i think the bodeans ones are abit bland, but youve probably had them yourself and therefor have your own opinion. I probably shouldnt have said anything, im sure youll really like the Big Easy. its got a really good atmosphere with live bands playing. It just seemed an odd place for a trip to london on Valentines day after the opera but if you want american food, and youve done bodeans, its probably your best bet. I think its better to sit downstairs with the band rather than upstairs with the bar

Why the big easy out of curiosity? I know it well and i like it but i dont think its anywhere special. She likes American food. I have done Bodeans in Soho before and fancied a change. Do you know any other good ones? Fair enough, I am a big Bodeans fan, go to the one at Tower hill for the odd lunch and then theres also one where i live on clapham. I wouldnt know many other American style restaurants as Bodeans and their chicken wings always satisfy. I wouldnt say Big Easy is bad, just thought it was an odd choice but if your looking for a good surf and turf you cant go to wrong. Word of warning: You could see the cast from the only way is chelsea. Its full of their ilk. Im loving "Hache" and the moment which is an upmarket burger place. Theres one near me in Clapham but there is also one on the fulham road near the big easy Sophies Steak house is also in the area and do some mean steaks but also pretty expensive. To be fair, im sure the girlfriend will love The Big Easy, its fun in there.

The Captain of any club should just be the best leader of the team. The players dont have to like him, the fans and media dont have to like him, He just should be the best person for the job. Its a shame all this stuff gets in the way of National team captains as it only makes the team worse

UPDATE: Did this last night even though I was knackered after going straight there after playing squash. Apparantly there is "room for improvement in my performance" and I need to be a lot "meaner". Not sure what I can do short of covering her in honey and tying her up outside a bee hive!!! Shes a keeper! iv dated and then created a few girls like this. god they are alot of fun. watch out, because not only does she like it, she will probably soon want it more than you and youll be the one claiming headaches!
