  1. But, I think in terms of TV presenters (he worked through many a decade) especially those in the 70's and 80's Brucie's name has never came up in anything ever. For that alone with the Glitters, Saville's and Harris's of this world he desrves a small tip of one's hat and it's nice to think that nothing will come up after he has gone. I think the judging a book and cover saying is quite relevant here ? ( I kind of know what she means actually) He did work for some children's chariety and they were taling about it today on the news, the helpers and some kids from the charity could not express their love for the bloke more. I grew up watching him and watched him oin things for over 40 years and I genuinely think he was a good one and I thought he was good at what he did. I think he is in th Guiness book of records also ?
  2. I feel a bit of a fool now, they must be World Heritage Sites then that are easily on par with Stone Henge and the Great Wall of China. It's laughable really, there are things on the antique roadshow everyweek that are twice or three times as old. words removed. Somebody got killed over one of these statues ffs.
  3. I just stayed in a Hotel in Maastrict that has some Roman ruins in the basement where you have Breakfast. (100 % true), heritage and history, I was sitting next to it eating some coco pops a few hours ago and they are crying about some cattle worrying half-wit that had dodgy political leanings, a few years ago. Hmm, what they talking here, 1700's, it's not really that great is it. If Europe built a statue for people of, funnily enough similar stature who did a battle or some stuff of a similar nature, they would be all over the place. I mean how much heritage are they losing, they are not even rusty yet ffs.
  4. Agreed, surley the 1`st instinct is to help rather than film ? One could say its almost aiding and abeting acts of terror in the broadcasting of material during or immediatley after an attack to any social media platform before the importance of said fottage is checked and released by the relevant anti-terrorism forces.
  5. "And ....I hate all small to medium sized vans, always have done." Trump added quickly.
  6. I think it's fair to say that if we ran the world 180 degrees from their views on anything in the world from this point on we would be OK. If they hate something then we all love it more and so on. The words removed.
  7. Something about "The off-side and near-side being as bad as each other in this attack"
  8. I am pretty sure his is terrorism. Those anti-tourist people will be begging for tourists now.
  9. I don't think that has any bearing in this, they are a little pack of vile bi-curious words removed. I suggest that even in a world with no religion at all they would still be a little pack of vile bi-curious words removed who are into little girls. What they think about some made up god is irrelevant in my view. They will get off lightly anyway, in some countries they will set you on fire for this stuff.
  10. With normal evaporation and stuff I don't think very often tbh. I suppose it depends on the socks and the size of your feet. Hobbit or hoofed stock ?
  11. Get a 2 old football socks or similar. Get some cat litter. Put in sock 1 tie knot put sock 1 in 2 tie knot. Put under a seat in the car. Done.
  12. On the bright side, when she is updating Facebook with her phone, he is now unable to roll of the changing table.
  13. Particularly this part "(or two!)" Barrel, bottles, glasses or pipet. (I am not allowed to drink so it's jealousy on my part mate)
  14. I much rather somthing entirely preventable but ulta rare so she has a "Why me?" thing going on. I propose, violently-acute-non-reversable Rickets. When the Doctor's talk in hushed voices about her I want things like "Riddled" and "I just can't explain it" or "Can I have a Haz-mat suit, STAT?", to be just hearable. Not only will it provide me and I am sure others with many hours of amusment as she John Waynes it to the shop's but also, she won't be able to use a laptop or have her tea on a tray in front ot the TV anymore due to her legs being like a f****ing bow-tie the silly silly Bi**h. But MRSA is a good idea also mate.
  15. I think they are going to use some sort of cheap cladding on it, possibly flammable. Oh no I seem to have got that wrong....The Tory check list. Expendable people live there, nope.
  16. The sad thing about it all is that the nipper at the centre of all this does not know of words, courts, placards or preached statements to the press. All he knew were tubes, needles and the love of everyone around him. He gave this world a go and he just could not quite do it. I don't think anyone including the judges of this world truly knew the right answer but I hope everyone involved can learn from this in a good way that could help parents like them in the future. It could have been that he was in constant pain but did not have the method to show it for example, I doubt anyone with a medical background would put their life on a measurement of his pain and discomfort in his current state with or without medication changes or possible travel. The thought that he can slip away to a nice warm painless sleep in a nice controlled way with everyone having the opportunity to say goodbye is the best we could have hoped for. Hope the arguments between those involved stops now for sake of the nipper.
  17. It's all fun and games until you are at 25,000 ft and decide to have a flick through puzzler and on page 27 a note fall out with "I'm leaving you!" written on it falls out. Have a great flight and weekend.
  18. I know what you mean mate, they know when you are busy as well. words removed. I have 2 and they just float around the house asking for stuff or knocking stuff over, if I stop work they are happy as Larry + I have a Border Collie that gets jealous ffs. I would get more work done if I sat on a train all day. In fact, that would be OK 1st class for 8 hours ?
  19. But they know a good joint when they smoke one. You might be onto something there, nobody knows how to read or write in Holland. Yep, it's all linked to joints. Making it freely available to all with no crime or gangs running it means everything is run by trained monkeys in Holland now. We have all had a joint and thus cannot do anything at all ever now, wish were were like everyone in the UK such deep knowledge on the subject. The development of reading skills happens when people are young, how does "know a good joint when they smoke one" come into the conversation ? You could have said, yeah, "bet they know how to rape a Ostrich". I just don't uderstand.
  20. I have been told to find a laptop for work. My current laptop whilst I am working in Excel is usually at or around 99% CPU most of the time. I work with excel all day and the problem is that the rows / size of the sheets is really quite large (anything from 250 k rows * 40 rows to really big spreadsheets). These are made up of either processed or raw CDRs from networks (Mobile / fixed) so that is why the size is big. It can be that I need to do lookups or lookups using Keys made up of multiple fields etc. (Am I explaining this OK ?) So, I have excel running things and that's it. I need to wait and wait, nothing else works at all for 10 mins. I think I have approx 1000 Euros I think to spend but its important that it gets through the Excel tasks faster. Does anyone know what is the most important thing here ? I suspect the processor, if the engine is slow what passes through the memory is throttled by the I/O of the processor. Am I on the right track with that ? Thanks in advance, its rare for me to get anything from work so I want to make my life easier you see. Current Laptop Booooooo.
