  1. Allegedly a man called the 'Carpet Monster' on Channel 4's Big Breakfast in the 1990s is in court for possessing thousands of indecent images. I feel that especially in this unfortunate case that if he had lived up to his amusing nickname some or all of this unpleasantness could have been avoided completely, His name is Paul Sadler, I mean who would have guessed that with hindsight, I mean look at him FFS If fact, to much underlay and not enough carpet there mate.
  2. Both had serious infections underneath so they needs to go quick style.
  3. Just ask O2 for it, I think they are legally bound to supply the information (Unlock Code) of the Mobile is now considered paid for and is your property. Might be a form as it's never going to be easy but I am sure that's it.
  4. That's bad Aids I'm afraid. Symptoms check out. All them likes as well.
  5. 2 visits a year apart, exactly the same thing happened. He (The supposed Dentist) went to pull a tooth and the tooth exploded into a million tiny bits leaving the root in, this needed to be dug out on both occasions with a guy kneeling on the table for one, I fainted for the other . Many a stitch was placed and much blood ensued, how I gargled.
  6. I think they know the risks and if they ride motorcycles on a daily basis anyway so they understand that it is a lot more dangerous than a car for example as a means of transport. The jump from car to bike dangerous is lunacy in itself maybe. I think they would do it anyway on normal roads in Wales and Yorkshire for example so maybe, overall it reduces motorcycle deaths as a whole ? No way to know this but if the TT is the big one then maybe people just wait for that for the proper lunacy. It's a bit like boxing in that from the outside it should not be allowed but I understand (and love ) the fact that it is.
  7. I have ended up in hospital twice just from going to the dentist. Great times Unforgettable in many ways.
  8. Does this make anyone think of the rabbit from Bambi holding a book with it's foot going up and down? (A light blue rabbit?) What about now ?
  9. I think we should get a new one. He's not very good to be honest.
  10. They don't really like doing it around where they live, well the dogs I have had don't / didn't (they piss there territory out as far as I know), but It's vital the owner cleans up after their dog and there should be really big fines for it when they don't the words removed. I think you are correct about the concrete thing and cats though, weird and unexplained, a bit like that thing where people sleep walk and take a dump on their own doorstep and then go back to bed. Proper mad that is.
  11. "Hey!", "Careful on that keyboard there Granddad." someone seemed to shout. One wrong key away from VT infamy
  12. I am sorry about that. I annoy myself so what can I say.
  13. How's that work then ? I bet it's height based ? Tallest to smallest, that old chestnut or maybe even eye colour, that would be good becasue you could create sub sets based on colour and that. You really need to know what you are doing there though, dangerous stuff indeed.
  14. Was female specifically mentioned though ? Was it left out intentionally, we may never know but the mystery depends that's for damn sure.
  15. However, send her a message back "Even though I have seen all the buildings in New York before on films as it has been used extensively in film as we are all aware but they all look even more amazing with you in the picture" You might get a nice prezzie then and she will show it all the other birds and they will be "Awww". I just wan t to see if she works out it's not from you and how long that process would take, as an experiment.
  16. Sub-let's as well so nobody knows who was living there anyway and they can't request help because they are not registered as living there at any point in time. That's a double blow for anyone in that category. They are truly ****.
  17. That's probably true but statistically from the 4,000-8,000 tower blocks in the UK (Guess) over the last 50 years there hasn't been as many big fire's (Like this one or close to it) as one would expect given that, as you say there is only one way out. in an emergency situation. In 1992 a plane crashed into a Tower block in Amsterdam causing almost 43 dead, at no point did anyone stop flying or stop building high buildings. Changes were made by Boeing (The external party in the fly / building combo here) however to remove the fault and ultimately increase safety on all similar aircraft. As with the Council (Council = External party here, i.e they messed it all up in the building / safety combo) and the tower in London and the tart up operation on the tower, they probably meant well (I bet they really did you know) , but got it super wrong, learn from it, don't repeat.
  18. I think this is about right Paul. Having thought about it for a few day, If you strip away to original design (Tower), and I have lived in a few of these in Brum, they are nothing more than concrete shells. They are not concrete covered in plastic or charcoal briquette's or whatever people at the council thinks looks cool, it's concrete and lot's of it thank you very much, and a bit of glass and a few fire doors. I cannot ever see a problem if the place has a working fire alarm (No matter what time it is, a proper alarm, well alarms), the fire just does not have the fuel to go from floor to floor. The handrails are usually metal and the stairs are concrete so it would (the fire) never have the opportunity or a supply of the basic requirements for any fire to spread very far, if at all as there is absolutely nothing to burn in the core of these buildings originally by design I suspect. Let's rewind, Norris is designing the building in the late 60's, at no point did our friend Norris build into the design of his assignment that some **** wit lunatic would come along 40 years later and plaster it with a highly flammable material, just guessing here but I think that's about right. Nobody wanted this to happen, especially Norris but there are layers of serious lessons to be learnt.
  19. And there is the problem, she was the best they had by a long way. Bit of a worry but it don't matter long term, I think they will be out sooner rather than later. I don't think she can do right from wrong now, she's lost politically.
  20. The bit between GA and actual total unconscious is well nice to be fair.
  21. There are eye witnesses on the News that said they saw 3 people so it's all a but confusing. Better to be a lone wolf, if there are more the we night have a problem.
  22. It's OK, May has called an urgent meeting of COBRA. Conservatives " Oh Bolox, Really Again?" Phew, thought they had lost control there for a minute.
  23. Give me an example mate and let's talk about it. At a very basic level the Government is duty bound (possibly by law?) to ensure the health, housing and safety of all it's population, no matter how poor or wealthy. The encasing of a tower block in flammable elements and deadly elements must have been signed off and was well within the law at this point who know for sure but if the fire proof version was the cheapest option this thread would not exist for sure. Simple as that really. I am not convinced this thread would exist either if these basic and in my opinion, top of the list items are given the time and money needed and required for continual & ongoing improvement, which as far as I know is what the ultimate aim is at a fundamental level for what is a service delivered to the population.
  24. I pretty sure it's "The Bad Aids". I'm a consultant.
