  1. Liverpool would probably throw 50 million at us. Considering the massive injection of cash most premier league teams will get next year this isnt unlikely. A lot of clubs will have a lot of cash to throw around and prices will no doubt be hugely inflated. Same thing with players wages. 60K wont be a whole lot.
  2. The problem with most of the matches tonight is you can reasonably predict who will win them. You have some fueds thrown together at the last minute and others dragged on way to long. Its been nearly a year building up to Cena and Rock part 2 and a lot of the excitement has been sucked out of it. While Punk and Undertaker will be great its taken for granted the outcome is going one way. There still putting the same guys over time and time again and not giving the newer talent the chance to shine. Cesaro isnt even on the show and the miz who headlined it 2 years ago is in the preshow.
  3. Watched Die Hard 5 last night. It really is bad. No plot at all and so many holes in the story that border on ridiculous. The cut to rating 12's really hurt it to. Die hard 1 and 2 for me are classics and 3 and 4 are still good. This was just a mess.
  4. Very soft peno to Liverpool. Great save though to deny Gerrard.
  5. Yeah hes been fantastic. Wonder if they can keep him.
  6. In fairness to Spurs they are showing a lot of bottle and fighting spirit here. Lots of chasing men down and hunger to get the ball back.
  7. What an absolute w*nker of a ref. Why would you blow the whistle then
  8. You always say this about Ireland with nothing to back it up. Next thing you ll be repeating that stupid crisp packet phrase that the fountain of knowledge G Mac once said. He was one of the hardest workers last night again and one of the few people chasing players down and attempting to tackle. I m sure opta stats somewhere will back this up. Fair enough he's not had a great time at Villa and is massively overpaid but he rarely doesn't put in a hard working shift. It's just his performances don't match it. Lazy he certainly isn't.
  9. I can see why someone would honestly be upset at the beating he got but its very understandable why it happened. What would you suggest they did?
  10. Is he not signing for the sequel? Pity that.
  11. He started the last day versus Southampton and was comfortably the worst player on the pitch.
  12. I thought Stephan's was pretty decent at the weekend. He had no cover in front of him for a lot of the game. He also had to come across to the middle a lot to cover gaps left by the two central defenders and made some great interceptions. At worst he was average on Saturday in my opinion.
  13. He was shit. Was easily the worst player on the pitch. He showed no effort today and when he doesn't put in the effort he normally does it shows how very limited he is. His passing and tracking were terrible to see. I thought Lambert didn't do to bad on the line. He saw things weren't working and changed it as best he could. Most of the substitutions were the ones we wanted. We should of scored at least one in this game but the finishing was shocking at times.
  14. Is it not that Inter have accepted the bid from Galatasary and nowt to do with Sneijder. A lot of bad blood between the player and club at the moment. They said he won't play for them again till he agrees to a pay cut.
  15. In fairness he had a great second half though.
