They understand the predicament they are in, it's almost quite sad to read.

If he can't start to pass to obviously better placed players in the box in the next few games (assuming he plays), then get rid and get someone in who will. If he won't stop running into 3 or 4 defender blind alleys when he gets a sniff of goal, then get rid and find someone who is able to see the bigger picture. If he can't (or won't) fit into a squad where there is competition for places then tough crap. I hope the coaching team work on these issues (awareness and selfishness) otherwise sell him and let some other team's coach try and explain it to him. In fairness, he does have all the other attributes to play at this level, but if he keeps doing what he has been doing since the start of the season (in terms of squandering possession and selfishly trying to be the big I am), then he can bugger off for all I care.

I'd start with somewhere reliable(?) like moneysavingexpert or similar, they normally have some good people there who know all the in's and out's. If i recall correctly (probably unlikely), It used to be that only councils could demand payment legally and private companies were basically sending you an invoice that you didn't have to pay, as long as you jumped through the correct hoops, i.e. asking for an account of how the loss was calculated and when they didn't respond, you didn't have to either. However a lot of forums were suddenly mixed with a load of freeman on the land type loonspud cretins who talked about contracts and names and silly shite, so water was muddied somewhat.

I think politics would probably be more entertaining if they both set themselves on fire. -
I think the issue people have with him, is that over the past several games there have been situations where if he had looked up instead of running into blind alleys, we would have scored at least 2-3 more goals as a team. I personally think he feels threatened by Ings, and is trying too hard to prove that he is the main man. I'm not knocking his workrate, but his decision making at times can be poor.
