I cannot think of any position, any formation, any game and any set of circumstances where Richards would have a positive impact on the field. Not one attribute I look at and think that there is something there. Against Luton he could barely break into a proper jog. 3 match ban is the standard punishment, and to give him that would be basically saying what he did was relatively acceptable. It wasn't. It was an utter disgrace, and to let him 'get away' with a 3 match ban would just confirm to all those ****s who threaten, abuse and intimidate officials all up and down the country it is as much a part of the game as any other 3 match ban offence. It isn't.
