I only read the supposed way it is being implemented, a point docked from every game castillo played in, so ecuador would finish bottom but the league table is actually as it was with those deductions

The punishment is (when it's disclosed) reportedly a point deducted for every game the player (byran castillo) had played in, this means that ecuador would finish bottom and Chile 4th, with Peru still finishing in the play off place.
