    Your right. Anyway, if the rumour is true,then there must be a rule to allow it as I am sure Villa know what rules would allow such move. However, it would appear that the rumour is just that, as the rules clearly do not allow a move.

    I think Lambert will resign personally. It is not what I want as given time, I think he is the right man for the job. But, I can see him jumping ship.

    Amen to that. If I read once more that he needs more time because of all the injuries he has had, I will not be held accountable for my actions. The guy just isn't that good. He wouldn't even shine in the Championship for me. Average, average, average.

    Average player. It baffles me how a lot of Villa fans keep saying he is our best player whenever he plays...Well, I guess if that's the case, it pretty much sums up where we are it. The guy cannot pick pass; he cannot tackle to save his life; his positional awareness and awareness of players around him is shocking; his apparent wonder shooting ability is non-existent; he always seems to pass backwards; he never looks up; and he really is an average footballer. Cannot and will not ever understand the hype about this kid. League 1 wouldn't even highlight he quality of skills. Get rid of this kid. He is average.

    Such a limited player. I really don't see what he actually offers to the team....Apart from maybe, if I am being kind; the relationship and understanding he has developed with Westwood. Nothing else. God knows why Westwood was brought off.

    Not impressed with Bennett at all. Ok, he needs time, but from what I have seen so far - he doesn't look even decent when it comes to defending. I am glad I am not the only one who saw his laboured attempt to even try and get back for the Ramires goal. It was so shocking.

    A truely embarassing display. Lamberts tactics today were so bewildering. I am sorry, but I do not rate Joe Bennett. When he came on, he was a fault for at least 2 of the goals. One of them, he just stood there and allowed the player to run through and score. It really should have been 10-0 at the very least. Shocking and a real eye opener. Going to be very very difficult to respond to that only three days later. I will take a point against Spurs. Worst GD in the league now, not bad going hey.

    I am pretty sure we will see another CB being brought in come January. On the game tomorrow, I can't see us winning this one - but I certainly think we could take a well earned point back, ready for the Boxing Day fixture and remain unbeaten. 1-1. Hope I'm wrong and it's 1-3. Benteke double bubble again.
