    My opinion is the badge is shit. Factually, it consists of design elements that are shit. One may have an opinion that the badge looks good despite that, but there are multiple elements that are objectively shit. That's not an opinion.

    The new badge is objectively shit: pale yellow on light blue, objectively shit; drop shadow, objectively shit; off-centre lion position, objectively shit. If this design turns out to be the actual badge as it seems, Heck - the supposed branding expert - can't be forgiven for that. This won't be one of those "the fans might not like it, but it's beneficial to the club" things, because it's objectively an incredibly shit design that will harm our branding when we seem set to reach the biggest international stage for the first time in a generation.

    The way the fixtures are scheduled it's conceivable that Liverpool will be just trying to hand in the title race when they play Tottenham but out of it when they play us. Also double whammy of them losing to Arsenal this weekend would mean City still need to keep going right until the last week when they also play Spurs.

    The only way to do it would be 2 rounds home and away as usual and an extra round all at neutral venues around the World. There's not really enough room in the calendar for an extra 19 rounds though so we'll have to reduce the number pf teams in the PL: down to 14 teams and then it's 13 x 3 = 39 games each, or possibly to 16 teams having 15 x 3 = 45 matches but we'd have to lose the League Cup and maybe even the FA Cup. Worth it though.
