It is in here finland, our drinking culture is crazy, "Drink till you drop", and that's why I see all the warning signs on our young Grealish. The drinking culture is very imbedded in our hockey circles but they are still pretty disciplined and train well.

IMO Grealish is our best homegrown hope for the foreseeable. After that, Robinson, Toner, Green, Hepburn-Murphy, and Suliman have a chance of becoming Premier League players. They probably won't all make it at that level, but they are the prospects with the potential to do so imo. Any idea how finnish youth player Joonas Sundman has done in Villa?

That's basically every single brittish manager/coach in nutshell, and as much as I give credit for Sherwood saving our asses from the relegation to which we were doomed for, the above reason is exactly why I would've preferred continental manager instead of brittish one. There's a reason why brittish managers don't do better in modern football, and that's the reason.
