    Like others I’m loathe to pay this on top of my Sky & BT subscription. Normally I’m at all home and away games so in comparison to what I normally fork out for me and the kids it’s small change but it’s a point of principal. This decision is also encouraging other households to meet up to share the cost which goes against all Covid protocol. The PL and clubs need to have a major rethink about this.

    I’d be very surprised if Sandwell Town and Fulham don’t finish as the bottom two in the division. Both look woefully underprepared for the season.

    Any credibility Southgate had has well and truly gone after naming Phillips in the team. So much for playing in the PL. I’m hoping he gets slaughtered in the press for that alone.

    Quite possibly but once you factor in wages then it might not impact too greatly on our budget. I doubt Watkins will be on anything near the sort of money Wilson wanted so maybe this was why we agreed to the reported fee.

    I’m 3 years away from my 50th consecutive year as a STH and my lads have also been STH since they were 3 years old. I’ve pretty much written off the chances of us all attending a game together this coming season. Whatever system the club introduce there’s little chance of us getting 3 tickets to the same game.
